The handyman is sent to your house. Before a handyman is sent to a customers residence they must have undergone reliable background check ensuring they are not criminals and have the right skills required to fulfil the customers service request.
To get help on the platform there is a help link or you can also reach out to the customer service line on display.
The materials for the handyman’s job are provided by IGOEPP.
We guarantee that every handyman sent to a customers location has the much needed expertise to resolve any service issues being experienced by the customer.
We provide statistics on the handyman’s jobs which also helps the customer understand how active the handyman is on a service involvement to completion rate to gauge the success rate of the specific handyman.
Every job is a service request and requires attention so we will come as long as there is a need.
The handymen are available to work within work hours which is from 8:00am to 6:00pm WAT.
The handymen are paid via the service charge which is broken down into various components.
